Owner and Founder of the Law Office of Roy P. Bhairam, where he has been a practicing attorney in the New York Tri-State Area and Long Island for over 35 years.
Knowledge and experience centers on Real Estate Law, Landlord and Tenant Law, Matrimonial & Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Wills.
Masters of Law (“LLM”) from London University and graduated with honors.
Practicing Magistrate in the Country of Guyana for 5 years.
Admitted Attorney in the State of New York, United States district Court of the Eastern District and a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Reyanna Bhairam
Attorney
Assisting the Law Offices of Roy P. Bhairam. Reyanna works alongside Roy and focuses on assisting Roy on practice on Real Estate, Landlord and Tenant, Matrimonial & Family Law, Civil Litigation (including Construction Law), Drafting of Wills.
Reyanna’s center on Real Estate involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing all residential and commercial transactions, involving property owners, developers, and general contractors. Reyanna also assists clients in forming Business organizations.
Avid knowledge in all Landlord and Tenant matters, whether it be Eviction proceedings in both residential and commercial property, or drafting, reviewing and negotiating Landlord agreements.
Juris Doctorate from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law School, J.D. 2016. Suny College of Old Westbury with a Bachelor’s Degree in Multicultural Literature and a minor in Pre-Law studies.
Member of the New York State Bar Association and a member of the Richmond County Bar Association.
Reyanna has passed the Uniform Bar Exam 2021 and is an Admitted Attorney in New York and New Jersey
